How will my order be sent?
AQUAPICTA has a special contract arrangement with an international transport firm, to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.
How is my order packaged? ?
Your order will be placed in a plastic bag and then, sandwiched between two sturdy cardboard panels. It is wrapped in tough brown parcel paper. We use outstanding strong packaging material so that the risk of any damage is totally minimised.
What if my my order still gets damaged?
Because we use such strong packing material, the change of damage is very small. However in the unlikely event of delivery damage, please inform us within three days and we will instruct a pre-paid delivery firm to call and pick up the damaged goods.
